Brastel and Lawson Bank began offering Brastel’s international money transfer service, “Brastel Remit,” at Lawson Bank ATMs on July 27, 2026.
As a result, Brastel users can now use the “BR Card” at more than 14,000 Lawson Bank ATMs located in Lawson stores and other locations nationwide to make international money transfers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, using just a single card.
“Brastel Remit” is a service launched by Brastel in March 2012. After registering as a member via the smartphone app, users can send money to over 100 countries and regions worldwide via the internet, ATMs, or bank transfers. Recipients can receive funds through bank accounts, at participating retail locations, or via mobile wallets.The service also reportedly offers multilingual support.
Since beginning partnerships with money transfer service providers in December 2020, Lawson Bank—through this collaboration with Brastel—now offers 17 different international money transfer cards as of July 27, 2026.
