[Japan] Tokushima Taisho Bank (Tokushima Prefecture) and Kagawa Bank (Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture), both part of the Tomoni Holdings Group, along with Tomoni Card (Tokushima Prefecture), began offering JCB-branded corporate debit cards to account holders at both banks starting August 4, 2026.This marks the first time a regional bank in Shikoku has begun offering JCB-branded corporate debit cards.
The JCB Corporate Debit Card is an instant payment card available to any corporation or sole proprietor (aged 15 or older) with a checking account, allowing transactions within the limits of the account balance. It can be used at JCB Merchant locations both in Japan and overseas (approximately 72 million locations) for various business purposes, such as paying utility bills, advertising fees, and purchasing inventory.
The annual fee for the Standard plan (choose between card-based or cardless) is free for the first year (1,375 yen from the second year onward); the Gold plan is 11,000 yen; and the Platinum plan is 33,000 yen.
J-POINTs are earned. Standard points are awarded at a rate of 1 point for every 200 yen spent. Additionally, the J-POINT Bonus (a service that awards points based on card spending) offers preferential treatment to Gold and Platinum (Premium) members. (paymentnavi Editorial Team)
