[Japan]Nudge (Tokyo, Japan) launched a donation club on August 6 to support the reconstruction of disaster-stricken areas, in response to the extensive damage caused by the earthquake that struck the Kumamoto region of Kumamoto Prefecture on July 28, 2026.Cardholders can choose between JCB and Visa as their international payment network, and there is no annual fee.

Through this club, when users make purchases with their Nudge Card, a portion of the transaction amount is donated to the Kumamoto Prefectural Branch of the Japanese Red Cross Society to support reconstruction efforts in the disaster-stricken areas.
The Nudge Card allows users to join a club of their choice; simply by using the card for everyday purchases, a portion of the transaction amount is donated to organizations or individuals aligned with the club’s mission.The newly established “Kumamoto Earthquake Recovery Support” club aims to support areas affected by the earthquake that occurred on July 28, 2026, with its epicenter in the Kumamoto region of Kumamoto Prefecture, and will donate a portion of the transaction amount to the Kumamoto Prefectural Branch of the Japanese Red Cross Society.
Through this club, Nudge hopes to support the earliest possible recovery of the affected areas and, for card users, to provide an opportunity for their daily shopping to contribute to relief efforts.
