7-Eleven Japan announced that, to aid the disaster-stricken areas severely affected by the Reiwa 8 Kumamoto Earthquake, it will deliver relief supplies and conduct fundraising activities through in-store donations.
In addition, the company’s headquarters stated that it will provide the maximum possible support necessary for store operations—including product supply, logistics, equipment, and personnel—to assist franchisees who are working hard to continue or resume business.
Donations will be accepted at 7-Eleven stores nationwide (21,942 stores as of the end of June 2026; *Note: Some stores may not be participating). Donation boxes will be placed next to the cash registers at each store.
The company also plans to accept donations using miles from the Seven Mile Program (donations can be made in increments of 10 miles). Acceptance will begin as soon as preparations are complete.
The funds raised will be delivered to the disaster-affected areas.
