[Japan] STORES (Tokyo, Japan) will begin offering the “Printer Dock,” a new peripheral device for the “STORES Payment Terminal 2” cashless payment terminal, starting August 19, 2026.It supports charging the STORES Payment Terminal 2 and wireless receipt printing, simplifying operations at the register. The regular price is 29,700 yen (tax included), and it can be purchased simultaneously with the Payment Terminal 2 via the STORES Payment management dashboard.

Since the STORES Payment Terminal 2 is designed without a built-in printer, users previously had to connect a separately sold printer to print receipts. By placing the terminal in the newly released Printer Dock, users can now handle both charging and receipt printing with a single device.
The Printer Dock is a charging dock and receipt printer combined, designed to hold the STORES Payment Terminal 2. It supports Bluetooth connectivity.
Users can charge the Payment Terminal 2 and print receipts simultaneously, reducing the number of cables around the register. Additionally, the Payment Terminal 2 can be removed for wireless use, making it suitable for restaurants and other establishments that offer table-side billing.Furthermore, stores that operate multiple payment terminals can share a single Printer Dock.
