TISI announced that “Caxil,” its customer behavior visualization service featuring a payment function integrated into membership cards, has been adopted for the payment feature of the official app provided by Fagiano Okayama Sports Club (Headquarters: Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture), which operates the J.League club “Fagiano Okayama.”This marks the first time “Caxil” has been adopted for a J.League club’s proprietary payment service.
Through “Fagiano Pay,” Fagiano Okayama’s proprietary payment service launching on July 27, 2026, “Caxil” will be utilized to enhance the customer experience (UX) and promote initiatives aimed at urban development. The integrated membership card and payment function—which combines membership and payment—will increase checkout efficiency at the stadium while also improving customer satisfaction through the use of purchase data and driving digital transformation (DX) in the sports industry.

With “Caxil’s” membership card-integrated payment feature, users can pay using a two-dimensional barcode that combines their membership card and payment when using “Fagiano Pay.” This is said to reduce the transaction time per customer—from presenting the membership card to completing payment—by approximately 30 seconds. It also helps improve checkout turnover during peak hours at merchandise stores and restaurants, while expanding purchasing opportunities.
“Kaxil” goes beyond being a mere payment service; it provides end-to-end support, from pre-implementation planning and design to post-implementation operational improvements. Furthermore, drawing on its extensive track record in financial system development and consulting expertise, the company promotes initiatives tailored to address customer challenges—including incentive design, enhancing fan convenience and experience, and creating new business opportunities within the local community.
Moving forward, TISI will work with Fagiano Okayama to expand the scope of “Fagiano Pay” to stores throughout Okayama Prefecture, using payment services to connect fans, the club, and the local community. The two parties will also collaborate on initiatives to create new business opportunities with the local community, aiming to foster an economic cycle centered on sports and improve the customer experience (UX) throughout the city.
Furthermore, using the adoption of “Caxil” as a starting point, the companies will look toward expanding to J.League clubs and other sports leagues, with the goal of building a new ecosystem and driving digital transformation (DX) in the sports industry.
