[Japan] NetStars (Tokyo, Japan) announced that it will begin offering the “SUNMI P3H,” a new multi-payment terminal compatible with its “StarPay” multi-cashless payment solution, starting in September 2026.The P3H supports payments via credit cards, contactless payments, QR code payments, e-money, and points-based payments, and is scheduled to support stablecoin payments as well.

A key feature of the P3H is its 6.75-inch HD display. The high-brightness screen, with a brightness of 350 nits, clearly displays payment screens and merchant apps, making it easier for store staff to operate the device.
Furthermore, with a compact body measuring 17 mm at its thinnest point and weighing approximately 400 g, it can be used not only at the store counter but also carried around as a portable device. It features a metallic-colored design.
Furthermore, it is equipped with a high-performance octa-core CPU and 4GB + 64GB of memory. It is said to offer the performance needed to comfortably run not only payment apps but also SaaS apps and POS-integrated apps.
The device is equipped with a high-capacity battery, enabling up to 13 days of standby time. This is said to help reduce the burden of frequent recharging during daily store operations.
StarPay is a multi-cashless payment solution that allows users to apply for and manage various cashless payment services—including QR codes, credit cards, e-money, loyalty points, and stablecoins—all in one place. It supports more than 50 services both domestically and internationally, facilitating the transition to cashless payments not only in retail stores but also in various settings such as vending machines and unmanned stores.
