[Japan] Teraoka Seiko (Tokyo, Japan) began offering “ToGo” for takeout and “Dining” for pre-payment restaurants as part of a new lineup for its “GoEat!Order” mobile ordering service for restaurants starting in July 2026.

“GoEat!Order” is a digital transformation (DX) solution for the foodservice industry that integrates with POS systems, ticket vending machines, kitchen systems, and cloud services to provide comprehensive support for everything from ordering to food preparation, payment, and store operations. In addition to “OES,” which has been available since April 2022, the company has added “ToGo” and “Dining” to its lineup, offering mobile ordering services tailored to each store’s operational model and business type.
“GoEat!Order” is a mobile ordering service that allows customers to place orders via a web browser on their smartphones. Businesses can select the service that best suits their specific business model and operational methods.
“ToGo,” designed for bento shops, delis, and takeout establishments (off-premises ordering), supports pre-visit ordering, online payment, and specified pickup dates and times. By enabling advance ordering, it reduces wait times, streamlines pickup operations, and alleviates congestion.
“Dining,” designed for pre-payment establishments such as employee cafeterias, student cafeterias, and food courts (off-premises ordering), supports pre-visit ordering and online payment. It is said to reduce lines at ticket vending machines and ensure timely service during peak hours.
“OES,” designed for restaurants and izakayas that use a post-meal payment system (in-store ordering), allows customers to place orders using their own smartphones via a QR code after being seated. This is intended to reduce the order-taking workload on floor staff and support restaurant operations that allow staff to focus on customer service. (paymentnavi Editorial Team)
